For business

The perk your team
opens every morning.

Cover Wellthplan for your employees and each of them gets a daily safe-to-spend number, a plan for their goals, and Benjamin to answer money questions — for about $17 a month per person. You see who’s enrolled. You never see their finances.

No minimum team size. No HR software to integrate.

Why it matters

Money stress doesn’t clock out at the door

Rent, a car repair, a card balance that won’t move. Most of your team is carrying it into work, and it shows up as distraction, absence, and quiet job searching long before anyone says a word.

59%

are stressed about money right now

More than half of U.S. employees say finances are their single biggest life stressor — ahead of work, health, and relationships.

3+ hrs

of work time a week, spent on it

Financially stressed employees are five times more likely to be distracted at work and typically spend over three hours a week dealing with money concerns on the clock.

81%

would stay for a benefit like this

Four in five workers say they’re more likely to stay with an employer that offers financial wellness benefits — up from 78% the year before.

The math

Cheaper than a raise. Felt more often than one.

A $1,000 raise arrives as roughly $27 a paycheck after taxes and is absorbed into the month by spring. A Wellthplan seat costs a fifth of that and shows up every single morning as a number your employee can act on.

  • Pays for itself fast

Wellthplan finds the forgotten subscription, flags the bill before the overdraft, and shows what’s actually safe to spend. Most people recover the cost of a seat in the first month without earning a dollar more.

  • Remembered, because it’s used

Benefits nobody opens don’t retain anyone. A Monday Rundown, a daily number, and an alert before a bill is due put your name in front of your team every week — in a good way.

  • Makes your other benefits work

A 401(k) match is thirty years away and an EAP is for emergencies. Wellthplan is the day-to-day layer that gets people to actually fund the match and avoid the emergency.

Financially stressed employees lose 3+ hours a week to money worries. This is how little of it needs to come back.

One cancelled $17 subscription pays for a seat for the year. One avoided $35 overdraft fee a month pays for it twice.

$199.99 per seat per year. Raise math assumes the 7.65% employer FICA match and ~30% employee withholding. Illustrative, not tax advice.

What your team gets

Not a wellness portal. The app they'd pick themselves.

You’re not buying a benefits site nobody logs into. You’re covering the app your employees open on their own phone, every morning, because it tells them something useful.

Can I cover a $400 car repair this week?
Yes. After Friday’s rent you’ll still have $612 safe to spend.

How it works

Set up in a conversation, not a procurement cycle

There’s nothing to integrate and nothing to deduct. You cover the seats; your employees do the rest from their own phones.

1

Tell us about your team

Company name, head count, and who should be covered. The short form below or a 15-minute call is all it takes.

2

We set up your company plan

One invoice, one claim link for your team. No HRIS integration, no payroll deduction, no spreadsheet of SSNs.

3

Your team claims on their own

Each person claims in a couple of minutes, links accounts privately, and sees their first safe-to-spend number the same day.

4

You see enrollment, nothing else

Who’s claimed, who hasn’t, and a nudge to resend. Add new hires as they start.

Privacy

Their money stays their business

Offering a financial benefit shouldn’t mean seeing anyone’s finances. Wellthplan is built so that you can’t — and your team knows it, which is why they’ll actually link their accounts.

  • You see who’s enrolled — never accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, or goals

  • Read-only connections through Plaid with bank-level encryption; Wellthplan can’t move money and never sees bank credentials

  • No HR data handoff: no SSNs, no payroll file, no HRIS integration — a name and an email is enough

  • If someone leaves, the account stays theirs; they can keep going on their own plan

  • Wellthplan coaches habits — it never sells financial products or your employees’ data

Employer-paid wellness benefits are usually a deductible business expense. Your accountant can confirm how to treat it for your team.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

If yours isn’t here, the form above reaches a founder directly.

Do I have to cover everyone?

No. Cover the whole team, one department, or make it part of a new-hire package. Seats match the list you give us, and you can add people any time.

What do I see as the employer?

Enrollment only: who’s claimed and who hasn’t. Never accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, or goals.

Does this replace our 401(k) provider or EAP?

No — it sits beside them. The daily habits Wellthplan builds are what get people to actually fund the match and avoid the emergency.

How long does setup take?

Days, not months. There’s nothing to integrate: once we have your list, your team receives claim links and most people are set up the same day they open theirs.

What if someone already pays for Wellthplan?

They keep their account and claim the covered months when their current billing period ends. Claim links stay valid for a full year, so nothing is lost.

What happens when someone leaves?

The account is theirs. The covered time runs its course, then they can continue on their own subscription — or not. You simply don’t renew that seat.

Can they share it with a spouse or partner?

Yes. One membership covers a household: a partner gets their own login and bank connections while sharing the plan, budget, and goals.

Is it taxable for employees?

Possibly — many employer-paid perks are treated as a fringe benefit. The amount is small, but check with your accountant or payroll provider on how to treat it.
